General Cancellation Policies of Aba Travel Company

1. A tour, fully or partially paid, can be cancelled by the client at any moment. Such cancellation can be sent by the client in writing to the tour operator.

2. Upon cancellation, the client is entitled to refund of prepayment (advance payment) that was made earlier under the tour minus incurred expenses of the local tour operator to date, possible penalties from airlines/hotels/tour guides and other subcontractors. The amount of such expenses must be negotiated by the parties via communication.

3. The tour operator, before accepting any prepayment from the client, shall explain in full all details of its cancellation policies, with sufficient provision for terms that are applied to individuals, families, groups, seasons etc.
